Ingredients:

• 14-16 Mini sweet Peppers
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1-2 cup water

Instructions:

1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor. TIP: You want to have little chunks for dimension. 
2. Pour the thick Mini Sweet Pepper puree into a heavy-based pan and bring it to a boil. 
3. Reduce on medium heat until it gets to the jam consistency. 
4. Jar and store in a cool place and discover the Signature taste! Top crostini with cream cheese and mini sweet pepper jam, enjoy!
